Cascade Drayage and warehousing is a multi-commodity distribution center with warehouses and transload facilities located in Merced and Chowchilla, California. With our facilities strategically located in the vast San Joaquin Valley, Cascade offers easy access to cities from Bakersfield on the South to Sacramento on the North as well as the Bay Area to the North West.

Cascade's expansive 32 acre site in Merced is engineered to accommodate boxcar, flatcar, and gondola cars. The facility can move 8 rail cars per day and is just a few feet from the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad mainline running North and South through California.

Efficient and cost effective strategies make our facilities worth while for transfer, storage, and distribution services designed to extend the reach of rail shippers. The Cascade facilities also enable rail served shippers and receivers the ability to gain access to the long haul efficiencies of rail transportation, combined with the local distribution strength of truck transportation.

Cascade is a premier transload affiliate of the BNSF and Union Pacific railroad and works closely with the BNSF and UP to develop transportation and transload solutions for a wide range of customers. Shippers and receivers alike can take advantage of the combined strength of rail and road transport, as well as BNSF and Union Pacific's expanding network of facilities. Even shippers with rail access may find it more efficient and cost effective to allow Cascade to provide warehousing, transload and J.I.T. services.
